Additionally, our headquarters in Germany operate a customer support center with dozens of experts who assist whenever special know-how is required.

Hot Box rebuilding - Refurbishing

1. Graphite Hot Box

ALD Dynatech undertakes refurbishing jobs for hot box insulations. As production vacuum furnaces operates under high temperatures and pressure, at different modes of hardening process, ALD Dynatech provides one of the longest lasting FIT & Forget Hot Zone in Graphite option by using a CFC panel facing on all the sides of hot insulation rigid Graphite Board. This provided long lasting insulation pack both under heating phase and also effectively withstand gas pressure of 15 bar (a) during the quenching phase.

2. All Metal Hot Zone

Even though the graphite insulated type hot zone is most commonly used in vacuum furnaces, the all metal hot zone design is still preferred in specific applications where the use of Carbonaceous material is unacceptable to the process. This is especially true in the aircraft engine manufacturing  and defence equipment industry where an extremely clean processing system is required to negate the possibility of product contamination.
